A little about Perth
Set on the West of Australia, Perth is known for its “Mediterranean” climate and offers some of the best sunsets in the world over the Indian Ocean. The city is very family friendly and has a large immigrant population from the UK and South Africa as well as from many other parts of the world. Due to Australia’s strong mining industry, Perth’s economy has been growing steadily over the last couple of years. The housing market has recently seen a spike in prices but often IT professionals are able to obtain a significantly higher salary than the rest of the country.
